Welcome to Silver Ranch! We hope you enjoy your stay, so here are a few guidelines for a peaceful environment. Keep noise to a minimum in the evenings and early mornings. Please be considerate of our neighbours. Our paddock has lovely deer, so please help protect them. Following these guidelines will ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and residents. Guests are expected to sign these guidelines as part of their rental arrangement.

1. Booking Details

3. House Rules

  • Speed limit 20 km/h.

  • Camping is not allowed. No tents may be pitched.
  • Drone flying is not permitted on the Silver Ranch grounds.
  • The paddock is strictly out of bounds. Do not climb the fence or feed the animals.
  • Respect water restrictions if in place.
  • Laundry should not be placed on the paddock fence or in front of homes facing the paddock.
  • On departure please secure rubbish in bags and place in the bins outside.
  • On departure, lock doors, close windows, draw curtains and activate alarm at departure.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Keep the property clean and orderly.
  • Report damages or issues immediately.
  • Liable for damages beyond fair wear and tear.
  • Follow appliance and usage guidelines.

5. Owner Responsibilities

  • Ensure property is clean and safe at check-in.
  • Provide emergency contact info.
  • Respond to reasonable issues promptly.

6. Limitation of Liability

Guests use the property at their own risk. The owner is not liable for injury, loss, theft, or disruptions caused by events beyond control (e.g., load-shedding, water outages, weather).

7. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in immediate cancellation without refund and eviction.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, under the jurisdiction of [Insert Region] courts.
